Walking in Strength

Updated: Apr 1

Isaiah 41:9-13

“You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, And called from its

farthest regions, And said to you, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you

and have not cast you away: Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed,

for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold

you with My righteous right hand.’ “Behold, all those who were incensed

against you Shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing,

And those who strive with you shall perish. You shall seek them and not

find them— Those who contended with you. Those who war against you

Shall be as nothing, As a nonexistent thing. For I, the LORD your God, will

hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’”

We need to remember from where our strength comes. We do not have to

be weak during this time. We have the strength that comes from God

above. The Creator of the universe has given us all we need to be

successful in this life. (2 Peter 1:3) When things come against us we can

know that God is working on our behalf and that they shall be “as nothing”.

This is a great encouragement during this time of uncertainty that in this we

can be certain!

Joshua 1:9

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be

afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you

We are not alone! We are strong. So today walk in the strength of the

Creator of the Universe. He is our strength when we feel weak and we are

so thankful that we can walk in confidence knowing that we don’t do this life

in our own strength but in the strength that only He gives.
